Hey there, this is Dufflyn Lammers, speaker, writer and relationship & recovery coach. Not that long ago I lacked the self esteem, boundaries and perspective to create the healthy relationships I longed for. Fast forward past many failed attempts and lessons learned and you'll see the woman I am today--one who can speak her truth with an open heart, who can trust herself to take care of herself and with a partner that used to only exist in a fantasy. True story! I created this Vlog to show you how I guide one brave woman after another through the work to become secure in both recovery and relationships and my hope is that you will be inspired on your own healing journey.
