In general, our services enable our clients to have access to and watch and/or electronically download from this Website materials including workbooks, online courses, videos, blog posts, etc. and to schedule individual coaching sessions that assist in personal development. We do not process personal data on a large scale, but we will hold and process personal data in order to supply our services and this policy explains how we do so.     • Zoom, for video and/or audio sessions ;
    • WordPress/Learn Dash for online courses.

  • If applicable; the jurisdictions concerned, mediators, accountants, auditors, lawyers, bailiffs, collection companies, police authorities in the event of court requisition, rescue.

Your data is not communicated, exchanged, sold or rented to any person other than those mentioned above.

 

Personal Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as it is needed to conduct our legitimate business purposes or to comply with our legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete your data. For example, we will retain certain personal information indefinitely for the purposes of maintaining your account, unless and until you delete your account. Data that we gather for a specific and particular purpose, such as assisting law enforcement or analyzing trends, will not be kept for longer than is necessary for that particular purpose. If you wish to have any third parties, including those to whom we’ve transmitted your data, delete that data, you will need to contact those third parties directly. You may request from us a list of all third parties to whom we have transmitted your data.

Your personal data will be retained for the time necessary for the purposes pursued below. It will then be deleted 1 year after the end of this Agreement, unless you require early deletion.

If you become a one-to-one coaching client we may collect additional information such as phone number, address, emergency contact information, physician’s name and contact, etc. This information may be stored in our system, or with third party services such as Acuity Scheduling who may be used for the provision of our online services to you. These third party services are responsible with us for processing and safeguarding your data and as such comply with this Privacy Policy.

When placing your order with us online all information regarding your method of payment (whether by credit card or debit card) is passed through a secure checkout operated by a third-party payment gateway (Stripe and/or Paypal). This ensures your card details are handled in the most secure, efficient and confidential manner.
