T is for True! We begin with YOU, who are you and what do you want? You may have lost track of this along the way. So, we get on track here. Then we'll help you create your Personal Empowerment Plan so that all your choices moving forward are guided by your purpose, values and vision and you have a plan to help you stay on track. Next we move into assessment. It's not about pathologizing yourself, it's about identifying exactly how your maladaptive coping mechanisms are manifesting. We look at attachment, family of origin, culture, patterns and spotting problem behavior. The core transformation here is about the relief that comes when we finally see ourselves and our relationships clearly. 

R is for reciprocal. When we have relationships that are one-sided we suffer. And, we can't change anyone else, only ourselves. So we turn our attention inward. We look at  triggers and toxic relationships and how that has affected us. We use the science of habit change to capitalize on our  new awareness. In this stage we begin to let go of our old way of doing things so that we can have a new experience. We look at healthy intimacy, trauma and discernment. We begin to practice new ways of regulating our emotions. The core transformation here is the confidence that comes from being brave enough to step back into our power where we do have it - over our own lives. 

U is for unconditional. We deserve to feel seen and known and desired and loved. We do not have to "earn" love.  Moving into this stage means that we are ready to use what we have learned to create a further plan of action. We step into that unconditional love when we give it to ourselves by creating this plan. We review and extend the Personal Empowerment Plan to the Love Map, the Get Along, Get Away Plan, or the Boundaries Worksheet. We look again at self care, community and implementation.These are not THE rules, they are YOUR rules, according to your personalized plan. The core transformation here comes from the magic that happens once we have actually committed to a plan. We start to learn from our own experience what secure love feels like. 

E is for evolved. We may not have "native" secure attachment, but we can create earned or "evolved" secure attachment. Once we have stabilized and we have completed the 90 Day program we may still notice ourselves feeling as if we have all the pieces but no glue. Ideal Parent Figure Protocol is that glue. This is a meditation intervention for attachment repair that will effect a more permanent and profound change at the deepest human level. We have already begun practicing collaboration (with our providers and community) and mentalizing (by becoming aware of our thoughts and reflecting on them) and this is the final piece in attachment repair. If you are ready to keep going this is the next phase which can last anywhere from 6 months to several years depending on your attachment wounding. The core transformation here goes deep into the psyche and allows us to simply shine, we no longer seek for love because we ARE love.
