I combine Tantra, Attachment Repair, Intervention and Coaching techniques to help women create optimum mental health and relational wellbeing. This unique background makes me especially well informed and sensitive when it comes to cultivating love.
I also trained extensively as a writer and actor and brings my many years of creative living to you in the workshop exercises for an experience that will help you transform from the inside out.
